Actually it isn't too hard for us to cook like this: There are enough East Asians who live around here that there are Chinese grocery stores close-by. This makes it easy to get the spices, sauces and other stuff we need. That is more than half the battle.
What you cooked look good. Anyone that visits your blog for the first time would guess you're Chinese!
