The start of this series begins with us flying from Boston to Seattle. On the first day my sister had to give a presentation in the middle of the day. We went to Seattle Center for the first half of the day and then came back to her house and then went to the beach. Start the photo series here for reverse order or go to the bottom of this posting date and then scroll up.
The beach was far more extensive that morning, but the tide waits for no man, nor child. The kids loved it anyway and found lots of shells.
A long journey down to the beach, through a deep darksome wood.
One girl had little pasta space needles, whats got butter on it.
Yay! Lunch time!
They so wanted to go in the fountain, but not just before lunch. Who wants to eat while soggy?
We enjoyed the fountain from a distance.
I think maybe this picture should be called Jemma's World. What kind of expression must she have as she gazes at her el dorado?
She is after all a big lover of water.
And looked at some more art.
And we looked at some art.
We couldn't go up to lunch for an hour and a half, so we had a little snack.
Of course we went to the Space Needle.
Surenna, our 'seasoned' little traveler.
Would Jemma enjoy flying? Or would she scream all the way across the USA? She loves flying!
