Banana Template

 When we had kids in the house, all of the kids liked bananas less ripe than how I like them.  So I would just buy a bunch every week and every so often one would be ripe enough for me.

Now I buy a bunch, eat about 2 perfectly ripe ones and then peel and freeze the rest for smoothies.  Once the frozen bananas run out, I buy another bunch.

My wife doesn't care for bananas--except in the form of banana bread, so if she's in the mood for that, she's welcome to take some and use them for baking.
