This may not be an exact quote, since some bit of time has gone by since I overheard this snippet of conversation, as two diners walked past us on their way out.

I puzzled over it for a bit before concluding that it could have opposite meanings:

1.  There is a kind of guy I would like to get and I will only get him if I speak Spanish.

2. There is a kind of guy I don't want, but will be attracted to me, if I go around speaking Spanish.
