I like to get in 60 miles of running per month, but it can be a challenge sometimes. The month started with a trip to Kentucky and I got in no running. Today, I was 9-days behind schedule (round to 2 miles per day) Now that I'm back from an 8-miler, I'm only 5-days behind.
If I do another 8-miler on Thu the 11th, I will be 3-days behind and if I do the same on Sat the 13th, I will be down to 1-day behind.
There is hope!
Note: I normally alternate 4 and 8 mile runs but I'm so far behind, it will be (schedule permitting) 8-mile runs until I am back on track.
