We jogged for about 15 minutes and then she went in to shower and do her hair while I, now warmed-up, continued on.
I went up the highway, which wasn't much fun since the sides were steeply sloped. I turned off onto a side road thinking that it would loop back to the main road but after half an hour it just kept winding up and down hills so I finally had to turn back. I ended-up taking around 30 minutes longer than I had said I would, but it was fine: The kids were mostly still sleeping.
We went out to breakfast before going to Story Land--I decided on the steak and eggs. "How would you like your steak cooked sir"? "Rare". "And your eggs"? "Over easy". I detected a slight smile when I ordered how my three eggs should be prepared that said, of course you want them over easy--is there any guy who would order a rare steak for breakfast and then get his eggs any other way?
Everything was perfect. The yolks were salty warm and delicious on the heavily buttered wheat toast, the steak was tender, rare and nicely browned on the outside.
Good start to a full day.

My favorite is eggs over easy over corn beef hash.
My grandmother used to make a dish of eggs over easy made in a fying pan full of red sauce. Dipping hot italian bread on that with some espresso on the side. Oh baby.
Breakfast of champions,
Sometimes I wish I had more than one stomach!
Too many good choices.
