 23rd loss and very avoidable, just didn't slow down and think at the end.

The missing letter could have been an R, C, H or M.  L was already used.  I'd need a word with two Rs to eliminate the R, so MUNCH would have revealed that C was the missing letter and I'd have made it in 5.
