Obama probably had one of those vivid dreams that can color your whole day and sometimes affect the way you behave.

I know it's odd, but he must have dreamt he was Prime Minister of Japan.

What other possible explanation could there be?

There is a kind of kremlinology to the people's interest in the meaning behind the President's odd behavioural tics.

With GWB, like him or hate him, he was the opposite of a cipher. BHO's actions and words are so all-over-the-map that we look for some clue as to the measure of the man.
