The second amendment, which is an enumerated right is open to interpretation, but Roe v. Wade, which is literally based upon "Emanations and Penumbras" is not to be questioned.
It was illegitimate for Trump to nominate justices to fill vacancies during his term, but we should pack the court if Roe is overturned.
The constitution should just be voided since it's impossible to amend, even though it's been amended 27 times, most recently 1992.
