I think this is unlikely to happen outside of Dearborn, but personally don’t think the Supreme Court should step in to stop anyone from chanting whatever they want at football games, unless it’s libelous or harassment

A coach leading a team in prayer is a completely different situation from the coach or spectators praying on their own.
The SCOTUS ruling (and Frum's associated frustration) apply only to the former.
Please let me know if you need me to explain why those things are different.
