Do you think they'll call it? Update: They called it on the 13th.
Lake Champlain is frozen over: Shot from this morning:
This happens a lot--the lake clearly freezes, but doesn't get officially called. It supports the narrative that it's becoming a thing of the past.

The Left Can't Meme
I posit that they could meme, but reality won't play ball.
They want to pretend that conservatives are hypocrites for pointing out that it's stupid to bring a gun to a protest and this is the best example they can find.
The McCloskeys didn't go to a protest--they were in front of their home, in a gated community, in which a gang of protesters had broken-into and were threatening to break into their home as well.
The other difference is that Pretti didn't go to a protest, he went to a police operation with the goal of interfering with it.
It's not that they can't meme, it's just that the situation cannot be memed without lying about it. This ought to cause cognitive dissonance.
An even better example:
Which has spawned a meme that is a universal answer to all of this ilk:

In Tents
Over the holidays between Christmas and New Year's Day, conversation came around to medical dramas over the years. Some were comedies like Scrubs, some were intense, like E.R. I asked the group for their opinion on the most intense one. After a few were thrown out, I opined that M*A*S*H was the most in tents.
